Q: How do you work?

A: We offer solutions, to fit your needs. Q: Are you real estate agents?
A: Our primary business is buying houses as investors and that is where we will start with you.

However, after we talk about your situation, it might serve you best to actually list your house. If you want to do that, we can. But only if you want to! Julie Groth is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana.

Q: Is there a fee?
A: No cost to you.

Q: What if I’m behind on my payments?
A: We have a team of experts, who have done numerous short sales. We negotiate directly with your lender to get you out from under the property.

Q: How much will you pay for my house? Do you pay fair market value?
A: All situations are unique and there are many factors to determine the value of any house. We consider all the factors to arrive at a price. Most importantly, we will communicate with you about how we arrived at the price.
